Start a bot with DB_SINK_ENABLED=1 and it appears here
automatically (auto-discovery). Each running bot owns its own tile,
keyed by (deployment, env). A new VPS simply connects;
a renamed deployment shows up as a new tile; a dead bot goes
OFFLINE by heartbeat age.
